Is there a minimum order?

It depends on the print method. Screen printing has a 12-piece minimum per design. DTF printing has no minimum, so you can order a single piece.

How long will my order take?

Production takes 2–3 weeks, plus shipping time. The clock starts once your artwork is approved.

Can I get my order faster?

How is pricing figured out?

Pricing depends on the garment, the decoration method, how many pieces you need and your design. Request a quote and we’ll send you exact pricing.

What kind of artwork files can I send?

PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI and EPS files all work. For the best print, we recommend artwork at 300 dpi at the size you want it printed. Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF) are best for logos.

What if my image is low resolution?

Small or blurry images (like ones saved from a website or social media) will print blurry or pixelated. If we see a problem with your file, we'll contact you before printing.

Will I see a proof?

Every design is checked by a person on our team before it's printed. If your art needs changes, such as resolution, colors or placement, we'll contact you and get your approval before production starts.

Can I use my own logo?

Yes. Send your business, team or school logo with your quote request. If you have a vector file, send that for the cleanest result. No logo? Design services are available — our designers can create one for you.

Can I print any image I find?

No. Please only send artwork you own or have the rights to use. We can't print copyrighted logos, characters or trademarks (like sports leagues, brands or cartoon characters) unless you have permission to use them.

Can I return my order?

Because every item is made just for you, custom items are final sale. If there's a misprint or defect, let us know within 7 days with photos and we'll reprint or refund it.
